2. Payment Terms

To confirm your selected coaching session(s) or subscription package, payment is required. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway, Stripe. Upon approval of your application or form, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.

Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the email containing the payment link.

3. Subscription Terms

Our subscription packages are designed to provide ongoing support and guidance. Each subscription includes multiple coaching sessions (2, 4, or 6 sessions) that remain valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. These sessions are tailored to help you receive the ongoing support necessary to achieve your goals.

4. Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. Clients are eligible for a full refund if they contact us within 24 hours of making their payment. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for cancelled subscriptions. Additionally, if there is no response from the client after multiple attempts to communicate and five days have passed since the booking was made, no refund will be provided.
